As with visitors' payment information, donors' payment information is secured through encryption and other security measures through Norton Healthcare. Credit card information is collected for billing use only and is not stored or shared with outside parties. Norton Healthcare does not sell, rent, or trade any information with third parties and will not disclose your information unless authorized by you or required by law. We work hard to keep your information secure. Norton Healthcare Foundation and Children's Hospital Foundation do keep a history of donors' names, addresses, email addresses and phone numbers, as well as donation information. We do not request or store sensitive information from our visitors, such as credit card or social security numbers.

A Special Note for Parents
Norton Healthcare shares your concern about the protection of online privacy for children as web site visitors as well as your children's access to inappropriate content. We do not knowingly or purposefully collect personally identifiable information about children under 13.
To request the deletion of your child's contact information from our database, please call Norton Healthcare Contact Center at (502) 629-1234 Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
To Correct Your Information in Our Files
If you believe your contact information is incorrect in our files, please send an e-mail notification to email@example.com with the following information:
- Your full name
- Your mailing address and telephone number
- Your e-mail address
- The phrase "Updated Contact Information"
To Remove Your Information from Our Files

When you make a request for removal, you will need to provide the following information:

- A sentence asking that Norton Healthcare remove your e-mail address from our files
- The specific names of the Norton Healthcare e-mail bulletins that you no longer wish to receive
