Although Norton Healthcare believes that employee referrals produce high-quality candidates and hires, an employee referral does not guarantee an interview or provide preferential treatment in the selection process.
What you can win
Individual & Monthly Prizes
When your referral is hired, you'll be e-mailed an access code to use in selecting a prize at Thanks.com. You can choose from hundreds of options in the following categories:
- Travel
- Electronics
- Fashion and accessories
- Recreation
- Home and garden
- Entertainment
The prize-redemption access code will be e-mailed to you within 30 days of the date the new hire begins employment.
When you make a qualified referral, your name will be entered into the monthly drawing for an additional access code, held every month in the Norton Healthcare downtown Human Resources office.
All prizes are subject to taxes according to IRS regulations.
Grand Prize Drawings
When your referral is hired, your name will be entered into the grand prize drawing scheduled to be held in July2009. For further information please contact recruitment atrecruitment@nortonhealthcare.org. Grand prize options will include:
- Travel
- Electronics
- Entertainment
Grand prize winners will not be subject to taxes, as the taxes will be included in the prize.
