The Norton Healthcare Access Center serves as the central point of contact to assist patients from outside the Louisville Metro area needing care from specialists at Norton Healthcare. The access center's multidisciplinary team is available 24/7 to assist with physician and patient services.
In addition to assisting with transfers and inpatient care, the Norton Healthcare Access Center can schedule patient appointments, preregister patients for tests or procedures, and assist patients and families with concierge services while they are in the Louisville area.
