Donate now and receive a special Kosair Children's Hospital Kentucky license plate
With a minimum donation of $25 to the Children's Hospital Foundation, you can show your support with a new Kosair Children's Hospital Kentucky license plate.
Your plate will be put into production once 900 donations have been received. Call (502) 629-KIDS or order your plate online. Make sure "KY License Plate" is selected as the Designated Area.
 **One License Plate Per Transaction**
Plates may not be personalized. Once produced, you will be notified that your plate is available at your county clerk's office. There is a $3 shipping fee payable to the clerk upon pickup.
