What to expect your first week at Norton Healthcare
The day after the onboarding session you will meet with your manager. He or she will give you additional department-specific information and instructions. Department information may be as simple as showing you around the area and introducing you to your co-workers or as formal as additional classroom instruction in department policies and procedures.
Completing Payroll Information
During your first week of employment you will be provided with access to the Norton Healthcare computer system. This will enable you to use the Employee Self Service program to complete payroll information so you can be paid correctly on the next pay date and enroll in benefits. Instructions on how to use Employee Self Service will be provided in your onboarding manual.
If you have questions about orientation, contact onboarding coordinator.
Again, welcome to Norton Healthcare. We're so glad you decided to join our organization.
