Liz Ulanowski, P.T., DPT, NCS, earned her undergraduate degree from Spalding University, Louisville, Kentucky, and her doctorate in physical therapy from Bellarmine University, Louisville, Kentucky. She received her certification of specialization in neurology after completing her neurological physical therapy residency at The Ohio State University, Columbus.  Ulanowski currently works with Bellarmine University and Norton Healthcare to manage the American Physical Therapy Association-accredited Neurological Physical Therapy Residency Program, where she serves as adjunct faculty. Her primary treatment focus is adult neurological disorders. Ulanowski currently serves as a consultant for the Norton Neuroscience Institute Brain Tumor Clinic, performing screens and education for rehabilitation needs.

Anne Blandford, M.S., CCC-SLP, is a speech-language pathologist at Norton Neurosciences & Spine Rehabilitation Center and the Cressman Center. She earned her Bachelor of Health Science degree at the University of Kentucky, Lexington, majoring in communication disorders. She later received her Master of Science degree in speech-language pathology at the University of Louisville. She serves as a consulting therapist at the Norton Neuroscience Institute Brain Tumor Clinic, where she completes neurocognitive screenings, making recommendations for therapy and providing patient education. Blandford also works as an adjunct faculty member and a clinical instructor for graduate students at the University of Louisville, supervising clinical rotations in outpatient therapy.

Sarah Cline, M.S., OTR/L, earned her Master of Science degree in occupational therapy at Spalding University, Louisville, Kentucky. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in sociology from the University of Kentucky, Lexington. Prior to working at the Cressman Center, Cline worked as an inpatient therapist at the University of Louisville Hospital, serving as the lead occupational therapist for its stroke center. She also worked for a rehabilitation device company that specializes in compensatory and rehabilitative products for various neurological diagnoses. Cline has served as a supervisor for many graduate occupational therapy students.

Natalie Elliott, P.T., DPT, earned her undergraduate degree and her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree at Bellarmine University, Louisville, Kentucky. She has worked as a physical therapist for patients with a variety of conditions, including neurological conditions, in an acute rehabilitation setting and outpatient settings. Elliott joined the Cressman Parkinson’s Center Rehabilitation Services team in 2014. She is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association.

Alana Towns, ABT, graduated from Western Kentucky University, Bowling Green, with a Bachelor of Science degree in exercise science. She began her career with Norton Healthcare as a rehabilitation technician at Norton Audubon Hospital. She then joined Norton Neurosciences & Spine Rehabilitation Center before transitioning to the Cressman Center as a community fitness trainer and front office coordinator. Towns’ professional goals are to assist people with neurological disorders with increasing or maintaining an active, healthy lifestyle.

Erin Weigle P.T., DPT, NCS, earned her doctor of physical therapy degree at Bellarmine University, Louisville, Kentucky, and later received her neurological certified specialist credential. She has worked as a physical therapist with patients with neurological conditions in the acute rehabilitation and outpatient settings. Weigle has also served as a clinical instructor for graduate students in the outpatient therapy settings while working at Norton Healthcare. She is BIG certified and dry needling certified, and is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association.
