Eating Disorders Coalition of Kentuckiana

Did you know anorexia is the most fatal mental disorder? While many young adults with this disorder die from starvation and physical complications, others die from suicide. Now there is hope for those suffering from this eating disorder.

The newly developed Eating Disorders Coalition of Kentuckiana is a group of providers dedicated to the prevention and treatment of eating disorders through educational programming. Join us for our inaugural programs.

Eating Disorders: A Key to Understanding
March 6 • 6 to 8 p.m.
A panel made up of a therapist, nutritionist, pediatrician, mother of a child with an ea ting disorder and an eating disorder survivor will discuss signs and risks of eating disorders, treatment options and more.
