Pick-up party for small trees and wreaths: Tuesday, Sept.16, 2 to 6 p.m. at Louisville Slugger Field. Meet your fellow designers, ask questions and get in the holiday spirit!
Drop-off date for decorated 2-foot and 3-foot trees and wreaths: Tuesday, Nov. 18, 7:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. Louisville Slugger Field
4- foot tree decoration: Tuesday, Nov. 18, noon to 8 p.m. or Wednesday, Nov. 19, 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.; Louisville Slugger Field
Designer & sponsor preview party: Thursday, Nov. 20, 5 to 7 p.m. at Louisville Slugger Field. Kick off the Festival of Trees & Lights as we thank all of the wonderful individuals who helped create our magical wonderland. Please be our special guest at this event.
