All funds raised through the 2008 Festival of Trees & Lights benefit Kosair Children's Hospital through the Children's Hospital Foundation.
The Festival of Trees & Lights is presented by Republic Bank and is held at Louisville Slugger Field, 401 E. Main St.

Children's Hospital Foundation car raffle

The Snow Ball, 7 p.m. to Midnight: Marriott Louisville Downtown
Presented by Office Ware
This black tie event has become one of the most fashionable holiday parties in Louisville. The magnificent ball is surrounded on all sides with the sparkle of holiday lights. A gourmet meal precedes dancing to music provided by a live band. Black ties for the gentlemen and ball gowns for the ladies. A silent auction is held during the Snow Ball and includes luxury items such as fine jewelry, trips, dining experiences and other packages. Proceeds benefit Kosair Children’s Hospital through the Children's Hospital Foundation. Reservations required. For tickets, call (502) 629-8060.
Tickets are $275 each or $2,750 for a Friends Table. Corporate tables are available for $3,000.

Tree, wreath and greenery sales
Hundreds of beautifully decorated trees, wreaths and assorted greenery of all sizes adorn the corridors of Louisville Slugger Field. Area businesses and individuals show their support by sponsoring these trees, and creative designers generously bring them to life. Contests for the most unique designs are awarded and all items are available for purchase to benefit Kosair Children’s Hospital through the Children's Hospital Foundation.

Sponsors and tree and wreath designers are recognized for their donations to the Festival of Trees & Lights with a first glimpse of the magical wonderland they helped create. This event is invitation only.

Holiday Dazzle, 7 to 10 p.m.
Presented by Today's Woman
This ladies' night out will feature tips for hosting the perfect holiday cocktail party with the best hors d’oeuvres, wine selections and drink recipes. Ladies also can get a jump on their holiday shopping by visiting one of the jewelry, housewares or fine gifts vendors. Heavy hor d'oeuvres included with admission. Cash bar.

Dickens Family Night, 6 to 9 p.m.
This event will feature Dickens on Main Street and traditional holiday activities for the entire family. Santa Claus will also make his first appearance of the season and enjoy fireworks brought to you by L&N Credit Union with fireworks by Visual Presentations Inc. and Zambelli Fireworks. Food and drink available.
Admission: $5 for children 12 and under
$8 for adults (12+)
Family package: $25 for families of 4 or more

Nov. 22 and 23

Children's Activities, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Booths are set up with activities for kids of all ages. A small fee applies for each activity. Some of the activities include ornament making, face paintings and decorating gingerbread houses out of graham crackers, icing and candy. Roving and stage entertainers add to the holiday fun.

Scout Day, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
All Girl Scouts, Brownies, Boy Scouts and Cub Scouts are invited to attend the Festival of Trees & Lights with their troops, packs or families. All scouts in uniform receive an event patch for attending.

With the exception of the Snow Ball, all events are held at Louisville Slugger Field. Admission is $5 for adults, $3 for children with an additional nominal fee for children's activities. Trees, wreaths, greenery, Sweet Shop and Gift Shop items are for sale to benefit Kosair Children's Hospital and are not included in the admission price.
