Norton Clinical Agency Choices (NCAC)
A workforce solution for regional health care providers
Norton Healthcare offers to share one of its most successful initiatives with other regional health care providers.
The Norton Clinical Agency Choices program has contributed greatly to the reduction in spending on outside agency services at Norton Healthcare. By leveraging Norton Healthcare’s size, multiple sites, and desire to be a preferred employer, we have been able to recruit, hire and retain quality nurses who want the flexibility of working on an as-needed basis. We are extending the opportunity for other regional health care providers to access these services at a generally lower cost than other area staffing agencies.
- NCAC strives to ensure that each of its employees reflects Norton Healthcare’s strong commitment to quality patient care.
- All employees are required to adhere to Norton Healthcare’s standards and values.
- Norton Healthcare offers contract clinical labor at reasonable rates.
