Congratulations on taking the first step toward breast health!

The reason most women don't do breast self-examinations (BSE) is because they forget.

The Norton Breast Health Program encourages all participants to recognize that breast self-examination is just one part of a three-part program for the early detection of breast cancer recommended by the American Cancer Society. This program includes monthly breast self-exams beginning at age 20, clinical breast exams by a physician every three years after age 20, a baseline mammogram at age 35, and an annual exam and mammogram by a physician after age 40.

The Norton Breast Health Program Self Exam Kit contains literature on the importance of breast self exams, directions on how to perform a breast health exam, reminder stickers, a personal journal, information on the Norton Breast Health Program and much more.
