Continuing education courses are available to you.
Norton Healthcare, through Norton University, wants to serve as a resource for our regional partners by providing essential skills training for nonclinical employees and leadership development opportunities for hospital administration staff.
In addition, Norton Healthcare is pleased to offer our affiliated community hospitals free and convenient access to required continuing medical education (CME) courses and continuing education units (CEUs) through a service called Swank Healthcare. By creating a personalized ID, your employees will have access to an online course catalog containing more than 400 educational sessions and e-learning tools. We also provide on-site instructors and opportunities to attend professional development seminars where your employees can connect with other not-for-profit organizations.
All courses are accredited by state and national agencies including, but not limited to, the American College of Healthcare Executives, American Health Information Management Association, American Nurses Credentialing Center and American Council on Pharmaceutical Education.
