Norton Audubon Vascular Access Center is the only facility of its kind in the region dedicated solely to resolving dialysis access complications for end-stage renal disease patients quickly and conveniently.
Vascular Access Center Services
Because our center is dedicated only to ESRD (end stage renal dialysis) patients, we understand the problems associated with scheduling of physicians and procedure room availability when you have an access complication. With one call to our center, we can schedule your vascular access intervention that day or, if an elective procedure, usually within 24 hours, meaning no more multiple calls to arrange a procedure.
Patients are seen in a timely manner upon arrival and are typically in and out within a few hours. Dialysis can be arranged the same day, following the access intervention. Our coordinated efforts with your dialysis facility will result in superb overall care and an end to delays in dialysis treatment. Patient reports are forwarded to the patient’s dialysis facility within 24 hours of the procedure.
