At theNorton Cancer Prevention and Resource Center, our goal is to help address the emotional, physical and spiritual needs of cancer patients and their loved ones.
The resource center houses a library of educational tools about prevention and detection, treatment options and recovery. Specifically trained oncology nurses provide one-on-one educational counseling for patients and family members.
The center also offers the following free services for cancer patients and their families:
- Educational seminars
- Clinical-trial searches
- Nutritional counseling
- Wigs, prostheses and turbans
- Massage therapy
- Art therapy
- Referrals to community resources
