Users who are scheduled at Norton Audubon Hospital, Norton Hospital, Norton Medical Plaza or Norton Suburban Hospital can preregister online for all surgical procedures, diagnostic tests (including mammography) and labor and delivery. Patients can preregister for a procedure or test at Kosair Children's Hospital even if it is not yet scheduled. In addition, patients can request dates and times for a mammogram online.

The preregistration allows users to preregister for Outpatient Testing, Surgery, Mammography, and Maternity/C-Section. It also improves the patient experience by allowing users to "jump ahead in line" upon arrival at the hospital to finish the registration process. These functions also provide Norton Healthcare with more complete and accurate information.
