Michala Riggle has goal to build an autism research and treatment center

Michala Riggle, 11, has raised more than $250,000 for a study on glutathione, a tri-peptide (three amino acids linked together) that has helped control autism symptoms for her brother, Evan, and other children. Michala is raising additional dollars to fund an autism research and treatment center in Louisville.  Learn more about Michala’s story.

Become one of Michala's "peeps." Visit Dee's at 5005 Shelbyville Road to pick up a free beading kit and make bracelets for Michala to sell. Simply return your completed kit to Dee's and receive more supplies. Six Flags Joins Beading to Beat Autism Effort

Guests to Six Flags Kentucky Kingdom  will have the chance to purchase Michala Riggle’s beaded bracelets at the theme park. Michala and her “peeps” will sell the bracelets throughout the 2008 season. All proceeds from the bracelets will benefit the Michala Riggle Autism Research & Treatment Fund.
