Preregistration at Norton Healthcare
Save yourself time and lower your stress by preregistering for your procedure. Preregistration is accepted at all Norton Healthcare hospitals for the following procedures:
- Outpatient testing
- Surgery
- Mammography
- Maternity
Preregistration will help us process your information more quickly, allowing you to be admitted faster when you arrive at the hospital. Please preregister at least 2 business days before coming to the facility for your procedure in order to ensure processing. When you arrive for your procedure, you will only need to confirm your personal information and show your photo ID and insurance card.
Before you preregister online, you will need:
- Current insurance information
- Emergency contact information
- A scheduled/due date (except Mammography and any procedure at Kosair Children's Hospital)
- A My Norton account
