The online assessment will guide you through a series of health-related and family history questions in an attempt to gauge your overall heart health and potential risk for developing heart disease.
After completing the assessment, you may want to consider signing up for one of Norton Heart Care’s $25 heart disease risk screenings. The screening consists of:
- Blood pressure
- Total lipid profile, including: cholesterol (HDL, LDL and total); glucose; triglycerides
- Nurse consult
The heart disease risk screenings are conveniently held ever Wednesday morning at area Kroger stores. Visit our Community Calendar for a listing of times and locations. You may register online, or call (502) 629-1234. Registration and fasting from midnight prior to the screening are required.
