Learn More

Because your mental and physical health can be deeply connected, our team of primary care and behavioral health providers works together with you and your support network to deliver care that addresses mental health, substance abuse and other medical needs.

Working as a team ensures coordination of your care while providing access to therapy and medication management when needed. Our services are built to get you the mental health care you need for short-term mental health concerns while collaborating with your primary care provider to create a plan for future needs. Most visits are done virtually, but in-person care is also available at select locations.

If your mental health concern is an emergency, including thoughts of suicide, call 911 immediately.

Common conditions we treat include:

  • Anxiety: More formally known as generalized anxiety disorder, this condition is characterized by excessive anxiety and worry on more days than not for at least six months. The anxiety is difficult to control and is accompanied by restlessness, fatigue, difficulty concentrating, irritability, muscle tension and trouble sleeping.
  • Bipolar disorder: This is characterized by episodes of mood swings ranging from depressive lows to manic highs. Manic episodes may include high energy, reduced sleep and loss of touch with reality. Depressive episodes may include low energy, low motivation and loss of interest in daily experiences.
  • Depression: The main characteristics of depression are a loss of interest and enjoyment in ordinary experiences and a low mood. The mood can persist throughout the day, appear in the morning and generally improve during the course of the day or be lifted by positive experiences only to return quickly.
  • Obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD): Obsessions are a repeated unwanted intrusive thought, image or urge. Compulsions are repeated behaviors or mental acts that come with a driven feeling to perform. OCD can be obsessions, compulsions or both.
  • Panic disorder: Panic attacks with sudden, short-lived anxiety can be associated with particular situations or with no apparent cause. People with panic disorder often try to avoid particular situations to prevent panic attacks.
  • Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD): PTSD often develops after one or more traumatic events such as violence, severe accidents, disasters or military action.
  • Self-harm: This is the deliberate cause of pain and damage to the person’s body. Examples include cutting, burning, scratching and other forms of external injury. It also can include toxic amounts of alcohol or drugs.
  • Social anxiety disorder: This is an intense fear of being judged by others and of being embarrassed in social situations. The result is an avoidance of social situations and often impacts school and work.
  • Substance use disorder: This affects a person’s brain and behavior, leading to uncontrolled use of legal or illegal drugs, alcohol or medications. Addiction is the most severe form of substance use disorder.
