Checks should be made out to Paula Duane.**** Tai Chi is a 5 week series of gentle flowing movements performed in a slow, graceful manner. Helps with stress management, reduces anxiety & depression, lowers blood pressure, improves balance, flexibility & muscle strength, increases mental focus.
