1. Schedule back-to-school appointments via MyNortonChart
The most well-organized and prepared parents beat the summer rush to the pediatrician’s or family doctor’s office. The rest of us may be scrambling midsummer to get into the office in time.

With proxy access through MyNortonChart, you can quickly and easily schedule an appointment for your child with your Norton Healthcare provider. To do this, sign in to MyNortonChart, click on your child’s name, choose visits, and complete the steps to set up an appointment with your child’s provider.
2. Request immunization records via MyNortonChart
It’s an increasingly digital world, so when you leave the doctor’s office with your child’s immunization record in hand, and can’t find it on the first day back to school, don’t worry. You’re not alone.
Send a message to your child’s provider through MyNortonChart and request your child’s immunization record be sent to the school via mail or fax. Just be sure to include specific instructions on where to send it and to whom it should be addressed.
3. Get notified when your child is due for screenings or vaccinations
