Tone and strengthen your triceps.

1. Stand with your back to your desk or a chair (Do not use a rolling or swivel chair.)

2. Place your hands on the edge of the desk, keeping your back straight, eyes forward and elbows squeezed in tightly.

3. Slowly bend your elbows to no more than a 90-degree angle.

4. Push back up until your arms are straight again.

5. Repeat 20 times.

Variation: Position your legs straight in front of you so your weight is on your heels or lift one leg while the other leg remains bent.
