Anyone who has ever tried to get comfortable in a waiting room chair at an urgent care office knows the inconvenience and discomfort of a long wait when you don’t feel well. Wouldn’t it be better if you could decrease the amount of time you’re waiting in the office and wait instead in the comfort of your home?

Now you can reserve your spot in line when you visit a Norton Immediate Care Center near you. Here’s everything you need to know for more comfortable, more convenient immediate care:

How does “Reserve My Spot” work at Norton Immediate Care Centers?

Simply go online to NortonHealthcare.com/ICC to view locations and wait times. Click “Reserve your spot online” for the location you want to visit. Enter your contact information, preferred arrival time and your reason for the visit. Then click “Confirm me!”

Where can I access the “Reserve My Spot” feature?

The feature is available at NortonHealthcare.com/ICC from your desktop or mobile devices. You can also reserve your spot from your immediate care location webpage.

Will this allow me to get into a Norton Immediate Care Center faster?

The reserve your spot feature immediately puts you in line to be seen. Keep in mind that patients can arrive as walk-ins at a Norton Immediate Care Center, and an emergency situation can affect wait times.

How will I be notified when it’s my turn to be seen?

When you reserve your spot in line, you’ll be able to choose when and how you want us to notify you about your visit via text message.

Which Norton Immediate Care Centers allow me to reserve my spot in line?

Are the wait times how long I’ll have to wait before I am seen?

The wait times on the website show how much time there is until the next spot is available to reserve.

Do I have to reserve my spot online for a visit to a Norton Immediate Care Center?

We also accept walk-ins. We want you to choose the option that works best for you.

What happens when I arrive at my Norton Immediate Care Center?

When you arrive for your visit, please check in at the front desk. Let the provider know you reserved a spot online, and they will take care of you from there.
