Tents erected at Norton Women’s & Children’s Hospital and Norton Audubon Hospital to handle any spike in COVID-19 patients are being removed, as current local trends indicate they won’t be needed.
If numbers of patients with COVID-19 start to increase, the tents may need to go up again.
We encourage everyone to keep practicing social distancing and stay at home if at all possible. In an emergency, it remains important to call 911 and come to the hospital for treatment. Patient safety is of utmost concern to us, and the community can rest assured we will continue implementing appropriate protocols to protect anyone coming to our facilities.
