Tim Wait, a competitive CrossFit athlete, couldn’t ignore the pain in his shoulder any longer.

“I really knew it was a problem when I was participating in competition and couldn’t keep up,” he said.

Wait reached out to Ryan J. Krupp, M.D., orthopedic surgeon with Norton Orthopedic Specialists – Brownsboro and director of Norton Sports Health, to learn if surgery would get him back to competing in the sport he loves.

Wait’s initial question for Dr. Krupp was whether he’d get back to 100 percent. According to Wait, Dr. Krupp had a simple answer that was just what he wanted to hear: “That’s the plan.”
