  • Features: 14 locations with extended hours and pediatric care at select locations
  • Appointment: Reserve your spot online or walk in

Norton Prompt Care at Walgreens

  • For: Well visits, physicals and care for minor illnesses or injuries
  • Features: Eight convenient locations; most insurance and self-pay accepted
  • Appointment: Schedule a same-day appointment

Norton eCare

  • For: Minor illnesses
  • Features: Virtual care available 24/7 from the comfort of home
  • Appointment: Complete an eVisit questionnaire or schedule a same-day video visit with a provider for patients two and older

Emergency Care

  • For: Very serious illness or injury that puts your life in danger
  • Features: 24/7 triage and treatment at six Louisville locations, including two locations just for kids
  • Appointment: Not needed; walk in or call 911
